The incident began about 11:10 p.m., Wednesday, April 17, when a dispute broke out among several people who knew each other inside O’Connor’s Public House at 222 East Main St. in Mount Kisco, said Kieran O'Leary, spokesman for the Westchester County Police.
During the assault, which took place both inside and outside of the tavern, the victim was slapped and punched in the face, knocked to the ground, and kicked in the face. He suffered a concussion and multiple injuries to his face and teeth. They also smashed the windshield of the victim's sister's vehicle, said O'Leary.
The victim was treated at the scene by a Westchester EMS paramedic and Mount Kisco Volunteer Ambulance Corps personnel, who transported him to Northern Westchester Hospital Center. He was treated there and subsequently released.
Witnesses told responding officers that the three suspects had left the scene in a white Subaru. Westchester County Police officers assigned to the Mount Kisco precinct located the vehicle traveling northbound on I-684 in Goldens Bridge and took the suspects into custody.
After investigation, the three were formally charged about 2:30 a.m.
The three were all charged with felony gang assault and felony criminal mischief included James Arvisais, 29, of Wingdale; Theodor Ehrenberg IV, 29, of Dover Plains, and Kellylynn Peterson, 21, of Brookfield, said O'Leary.
